Bruce Koss - Licensed Land Agent, General Manager of Business & Operations
Bruce is a Senior Surface Landman with over 25 years of experience in the Petroleum Surface Land Service Industry, both as a Field Representative and as a Land Servicing Company Manager. Having experience in all of the Western Canadian provinces has been a huge asset in acquiring knowledge for working through and completing projects as to the unique Provincial, Environmental & Surface Rights groups expectations.
George E. Smith A.L.S. - Director
George received his Bachelor of Technology (Geodetic Sciences) from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in June, 1978. He received his Alberta Land Surveyors Commission in May, 1988. He has been employed in the private practice of Land Surveying throughout Central Alberta for the last 30 years. George has been a member of the Alberta Land Surveyors Association's Social Committee since 1997, and was Chairman in 2000. He is experienced in wellsites, pipelines, subdivisions, and land development surveys.
